Payment Methods:

We’re safe and secure because we use encryption software to scramble credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer AfterPay. We do accept electronic checks but e-check orders will not ship until the check has cleared through the given bank. We do not keep credit cards on file for your safety! All orders must be completed online at www.PlumPrettySugar.com or by calling {310} 869.8366 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Sales Tax:

We are in California and are required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipping to a California address.

Pricing:

Our prices are in U.S. dollars. International currencies are converted automatically at checkout and appear on customer statements in individual currencies. All pricing is final. Sorry but adjustments to pricing should an item price be revised or go "on sale" are not possible and any will receive a store credit only.

Out of Stock:

In the rare instance a fabric selection or item becomes unexpectedly sold out, we'll be in contact within 1-2 business days from the date of order. Orders that contain out of stock items are shipped complete when the out of stock item(s) are available.

Monitor Coloration:

Monitors can display colors differently from device to device. Sorry, but we are not able to control how colors are displayed on individual devices and monitors.

Promotions/Offers/Discounts

Promotions, offers, discounts (or otherwise similar) may not be combined. This includes free shipping. Promotions, offers, discounts (or otherwise similar) are valid during the given published dates only and are not retroactive or futuristic. Promotions, offers, discounts (or otherwise similar) are one per household and per address. Promotions, offers, discounts (or otherwise similar) are not valid on Flash Sale items. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions as published for each individual promotion, offer, discount (or otherwise similar). Online codes are available for online orders only.

All Sale purchases are FINAL. Sale purchases may not be exchanged, returned, refunded, replaced or otherwise similar. All other Terms, Conditions and Policies further apply. No exceptions. Promotions, offers, discounts (or otherwise similar) will not apply should a new order be placed or for a non-even exchange. Promotional codes, offers or otherwise similar are not valid on exchanges. Rush exchanges using promotional codes will not be processed and/or sent back to customers. Surprise robes given at no charge during Black Friday/Cyber Monday are complimentary gifts. They may not be special requested, exchanged or refunded.

Receipt of Goods:

Please notify us within two business days of receipt if something arrives incorrectly. In the rare case an item is received damaged, defective or with any irregularity a written notification must be provided to us within two days of receipt. Damages or defects caused during shipment opening, wearing, washing, dry cleaning or otherwise similar nor any irregularities not reported within the two day window are not within our control or responsibility. All are totally rare.
